Dr Mark Stewart

Dr Mark Stewart has over 25 years’ experience as a physiotherapist. He completed a Masters in Public Health in 2000 and received his PhD from the University of Sydney in 2006. Mark's research involves in looking at outcomes and treatment of Whiplash Associated Disorders. As a clinician he specialises in the management of spinal pain (including whiplash), exercise based treatment for chronic conditions and sports injuries.

Mark is a director of two other successful physiotherapy clinics, Kensington Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic at the University of New South Wales and Mater Clinic Physio at the Mater Hospital. His work at these clinics along with his research and teaching work has lead him to become a respected leader in physiotherapy in NSW.

Mark has been part of the Manly Warringah Gymnastics community for many years with his 2 daughters both training and competing with the club.
