Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist
Claire Rees
Claire is a Title Sports and Exercise physiotherapist who is passionate about adolescent health with a primary focus in injury prevention. She recently completed her Masters of Performance Health Management.
Claire has most recently worked with the Australian Sailing Team as their Physiotherapist in the lead up to the Paris 2024 Olympic games. Having previously worked with the Australian Rowing and U23 teams, Giants Netball, Giants AFLW, NSWIS Rowing and Sailing programs as well as work at the AIS she has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
She is passionate about injury prevention and adolescent athletes, using her knowledge and experience to create plans to keep athletes competing at their highest level.

Owner and Physiotherapist
Mark Stewart
Dr Mark Stewart has over 25 years’ experience as a physiotherapist and has been involved in gymnastics for over 15 years.
He completed a Masters in Public Health in 2000 and received his PhD from the University of Sydney in 2006. Mark's research involves in looking at outcomes and treatment of Whiplash Associated Disorders. As a clinician he specialises in the management of spinal pain (including whiplash), exercise based treatment for chronic conditions and sports injuries.
Mark is a director of two other successful physiotherapy clinics, Kensington Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic at the University of New South Wales and Mater Clinic Physio at the Mater Hospital. His work at these clinics along with his research and teaching work has lead him to become a respected leader in physiotherapy in NSW.
